Do you handle my payroll accounting directly in Personio?No. Personio is used to prepare payroll data. The actual payroll accounting is carried out either in-house at your company or by an external payroll service provider. We take the prepared data from Personio, check it and produce financial statements and tax returns.

Does Personio meet all the requirements for bookkeeping in accordance with German regulations?Personio can – provided it is set up correctly and used appropriately – be used as a preparatory platform for audit-proof payroll processing.
