Your career journey at HCSM Tax Consulting

Many of our colleagues began their professional careers at HCSM Tax Consulting. They often start with an internship and then move on to a working student position. After completing their master's degree, an orientation phase offers them the opportunity to get to know various departments.

In the role of consultant, preparation for the tax advisor exam can take place in parallel. The firm provides individual support for this – for example, through time off work and financial support. Successful completion of the exam opens up further career opportunities: from senior consultant to associate partner agreement.
