From student trainee to Associate Partner. At HCSM Tax Consulting, this is just one of many success stories. The high pass rate of our colleagues in the tax advisor exam also speaks for itself. We tailor your career path to your individual needs. Further training to become a certified tax specialist, accountant, or through courses or part-time studies is possible. HCSM supports you with training programs, time off, and, if necessary, a subsidy for training costs. These plans are discussed in annual development meetings, where agreements and frameworks are established.

Our young professionals can participate in an international exchange program through our partner network, EuropeFides. For several weeks, they gain practical experience at a partner firm while simultaneously getting to know the country and its people. It's also a perfect opportunity to improve their language skills in a professional context. Naturally, HCSM Tax Consulting is committed to hosting international interns from the network. EuropeFides, headquartered in Paris, is the European association for accounting, auditing, taxation, and law.
